The Dr. Z Amps – X-Ray 1×12 Combo is the results of decades of amp building experience, combining two of their Legacy amp circuits into one new build. The X-ray delivers that British Invasion inspired chime that cuts and sits just right in the mix, with the thick overdrive of the legacy DB4 model, in one package. Modern additions include the new post-phase inverter master volume which allows for dialing back the volume while maintaining tone, as well as a half-power switch which allows the amp to run at 15-Watts, versus the full 30. An included tube-driven FX-loop allows for bringing in your favorite modulation FX without sacrificing any of the amps high-end, dynamics or tone.
