[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The philips picopix micro projector came very well packaged in its original packaging everything was well secured when opening the box it was more like an outside protective box for the box inside then when you slide the lid up the micro projector is right on top the box underneath that you will find a carrying pouch 3 outlet plug in charging cord stand remote with batteries and a quick start guide for set up after unpacking everything and plug the projector in for charging i took a look at the quick start guide i personally had to go online to pull up the full directions as im not very tech savvy before doing anything with the projector you must allow it at least an hour and half to charge to be able to use it without being plugged into the power outlet so after letting it charge i placed the batteries into the remote places the stand onto the bottom of the projector and tried to hook my android phone to it so that i could play a video i was having trouble so i did have to use the full directions from off line but after i read over them a few times and tried a few times i got the hang of it so then i got the video to play i did play the video onto the outside of out home so it was a very large picture i used the small button on the side to make the picture clear and the picture quality was amazing the box says up to an 80in screen but im here to personally tell you that you can get a much bigger screen and still have good quality picture i was very impressed by that also there is a small built in speak on the projector it was pretty good for inside use because there wasn’t as much background noise now once we tried outside with all the noise and kids we could still hear just not as great so we did use another speak because there was a lot of kids so a lot of noise the remote is good to have but i have noticed that it like to be at a certain angle before works it is a little temperamental at times but not to bad and other then needing to be at the right angle meaning being in front of the projector to use it that would be my only complaint about that also the 3 different power outlet connection ends that it comes with would allow for you to use in other countries if you wanted to and not to mention you can put all the pieces into the small little pouch that it came with for storage or travel i would highly recommend this to anyone looking to be able to do family movies out doors or play videos or show pictures at gatherings or even for your meetings at work and its small and wonderful for travel
