SAMSUNG 43-inch Class QLED Q60T Series – 4K UHD Dual LED Quantum HDR Smart TV with Alexa Built-in (QN43Q60TAFXZA, 2020 Model)

The media could not be loaded.I originally purchased this TV to work with the Samsung HW-Q60T Soundbar which on Samsung’s website described them as working together in order to provide the Q-Symphony function. Well the long and short of it is that it never worked since I purchased it back in December of 2020 which was definitely a bummer since I had been trying to resolve it since then. But, today, two years later and to my surprise, I decided to check the audio settings on the TV and they had all changed. I now have the TV [AV] Soundbar Q6 option for the sound output. I have to say that I am absolutely floored! I have never seen in my many years in the AV business, a company come back to a two year old product and fix it. Absolutely appreciate it! The Q-Symphony audio is so much better than what the soundbar can deliver on it’s own. I just now watched a movie and I didn’t have to mess with the audio at all and the picture and the sound were amazing. If anyone who works at Samsung happens to read this review, I just wanted to say thank you!
