So far, so good.I put these under a paid of Revel Ultima2 Studi2 speakers (barely within the 120lbs weight limit!) to decouple the speakers from a hard floor surface in a hard, lively room setting. They work. The highs smoothed out and sound less ragged, the bass surprised me by coming across better defined and tighter, and the mids gained clarity. The overall effect is a more liquid, far less fatiguing sound. These speakers were suffering in this room, and these pucks have made a great difference.Note: I got help from a friend to slide these things under the speakers. I held the speakers, and she slid the pucks under the little rounded spikes they sit on. It all worked out safely and easily with two people. If you’re dealing with biggish floor-standers, I wouldn’t try to put these in place by yourself.Another Note: If you have little kids running around crashing into your speakers, these will raise them up a little bit and potentially make them a more tippy. Maybe most people thinking about these pucks aren’t in that situation, and the speakers are not excessively tippy with the pucks, but if that’s a concern, save the receipt. You’ll want to waggle the speakers back and forth and see if they’re too tippy with the pucks.
