2. Regional Coverage and Carriers
We primarily serve customers within Europe. To maintain high standards of transit reliability, we collaborate exclusively with premium logistics providers, including DHL Priority, FedEx, and UPS Priority. The selection of the carrier is determined by the destination and the efficiency of the local network at the time of dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Schedules
Once an order has been formally dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit duration is 2 to 6 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may be subject to minor fluctuations due to local logistical conditions or peak periods.
4. Automated Shipment Notifications
Transparency is integral to our service. At each critical juncture of the delivery cycle, automated notifications will be issued to the email address provided at checkout. These updates include:
- Order dispatch confirmation with a unique tracking identifier.
- Notification upon arrival at the regional sorting facility.
- Final notification when the parcel is assigned for local delivery.
5. Disruption and Delivery Inquiries
Should a consignment exceed the standard estimated delivery window, East Ocean Crystal Pte Ltd will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. We remain committed to resolving delivery discrepancies effectively. Following the conclusion of the carrier’s investigation, we will, depending on the specific circumstances, arrange for a full reimbursement or a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer.
6. Origin of Dispatch
All products are stored, managed, and dispatched directly from our established premises in Singapore. We maintain direct oversight of our inventory to ensure consistent service standards.
