2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure checkout process. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice, though such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are committed to delivering your order efficiently through our logistics partners, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard shipping typically takes between 2 to 6 business days.
- Order Tracking: To maintain transparency, automated notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout during key stages: order dispatch, arrival at the logistics hub, and when the package is out for local delivery.
- Delays: If a delivery exceeds the standard timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we will provide a full refund or a replacement shipment.
4. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with East Ocean Crystal Pte Ltd until the moment you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the items. Ownership of the products is transferred to you upon successful delivery.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

- The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items.
6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

- Once verified, we will process a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. You are not required to return the damaged components.
